This website is hosted by Hostinger. When a page is requested, the server processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, requested file, browser type). The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising and uses no audience measurement, so no cookie banner is required.

For the cart, a technically necessary identifier is stored locally in the browser (localStorage) so the cart survives a reload. It is not used to recognise visitors across websites.

When you use the form or write by email, your name, email address and message are processed in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest (Art 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Enquiries are not stored permanently on the server. They are delivered by email and kept only as long as needed to answer them and to meet any statutory retention obligations.

When you buy a work, the data required for the purchase (name, delivery and billing address, email address, bank transfer details) is processed to handle the sale and delivery. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art 6(1)(b) GDPR) and statutory retention obligations (Art 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Your name and delivery address are passed to the shipping company where this is necessary for delivery.
