Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all purchases of works agreed through an enquiry on this website or by email between Yinglian-Jessica Huynh, Sonnleithnergasse 53, 1100 Vienna, info@yinglianjessica.com ("the artist") and consumers.

The presentation of works on this website is not a binding offer. You express your interest through the contact form or by email and then receive an individual offer including price and shipping costs. The contract is formed when you accept this offer by email.

Originals are unique works. Only one of each can be sold.

Prices are given individually on request and are in euro. Exempt from VAT under the Austrian small business scheme (§6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG). Shipping costs are shown separately in the offer.

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. You receive the bank details with the offer. The work is shipped or handed over once payment has been received.

Delivery is within Austria; delivery to other countries is possible on request. Collection in person in Vienna is possible by arrangement. Details are given under "Shipping & payment".

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the Austrian FAGG. Details and the model withdrawal form are given under "Right of withdrawal".

Under §18 Abs 1 Z 3 FAGG there is no right of withdrawal for works made to the customer's specification (commissions).

Statutory warranty rules apply.

Slight variation in colour and surface compared with the on-screen image is possible with hand-painted originals and does not constitute a defect.

Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
