Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email to info@yinglianjessica.com). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising from a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery), will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day the notification is received. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed, and incurs no fees.

Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received back or proof of return has been supplied.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary.

Note on returning originals: please use the original packaging and send canvases insured.

Under §18 Abs 1 Z 3 FAGG there is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This applies in particular to commissioned works.
